Posted By Al Penman I was asked by a colleague about a case where a civilian worker for a police force (possibly the Met) successfully sued them for an injury that was sustained by her carrying boxes up and down stairs. My colleague was looking for more information and details of payout etc. Can anyone help as I don't recall this particular case. Thanks Al Penman
