Posted By Andy Lightbody Whilst this appears to be a major issue in the US at present, it has not been well publicised in the UK. We have a potential issue with our Insurance Company in relation to liability to our clients on survey reports. However, I am also concerned that our surveyors may be exposed during the survey. Has anyone any experience of the subject and able to provide information on the associated risks for the UK.
