Posted By Neil Pearson You need a format and a team of people to progress the plan. Plus the risk assessments, inspections, new developments reports, audits etc to generate actions from outside the meetings. You need a competent person (qualified, with experience) to advise and facilitate the process. This question is too big to be addressed on this forum.
