Posted By Simon Rosser At work we have a number of staff, both male and female, who have been busy planting beds and borders or various sizes, positions and heights. They carry this work out for 8 hours a day and for about 6 - 8 weeks. Needless to say they end up with (occasionally serious) back problems. Does anyone have any 'best practice' for this activity. All responses gratefully received. Simon
