To stop myself from having to re-invent the wheel, I am looking for a template of a Health and Safety file. Please could any of the members help?

I have a Croners document on CDM which has a section in it (3 pages) on the Health & Safety File, which includes a typical Health & Safety File check list which may be of some use to you.
If you would like me to fax you a copy email me and I will send it to you.
