Anyone have, or know of a site, that lists all H&S legislation?
I need this for the implementation of 18001. How else can I say I'm legally compliant without having a list of what I am legally compliant with, and what is required?

Surely, you need a list of the 'relevant statutory provisions' not a list of all H & S legislation? While some legislation will be generally applicable, some is more specialised.

Shane,
Agree with Paul if you look at clause 4.3.2 (b) in OHSAS 18002
Thanks

1. I agree with the above comments.
2. There are over 400!
3. Tolleys have one in their annual "Health and Safety at Work Handbook"

Why not try the 'Principles of Health and Safety at Work' book. It lists the most important ones (30 I think) and you can get this from IOSH (tel 0116 257 3100) or any bookshop priced @ around £33.95!It gives you all the guidance as well as the lists.

Use Tolley's to pick the relevant stuff, then scan HSE Direct for recent changes. It's an ongoing job.

I know I only need to list those pieces of legislation/guidance etc that are relevant, however if I was to ask you to list all relevant legislation for your own organisation you would first need to list everything and then determine what is relevant. Otherwise how can you be sure you haven't neglected to include something? that is relevant?
Thanks to those of you who have suggested places to look.

Shane,
I would suggest you be a bit careful with this and not attack the requirement as the environmental people do with long pointless lists.
I have tried to compile such a list and it just gets longer and longer.
Look at what the standard says:
Section 4.3.2 states ....The organisation shall establish and maintain a procedure for identifying and accessing the legal and other OH&S requirements that are applicable to it. The organisation shall keep this information up-to-date. It shall communicate relevant information on legal and other requirements to its employees and other relevant interested parties.
So what you need is a procedure not necessarily a list, it needs to reflect your business not the legislation applicable to the rest of industry.
We maintain a matrix of legislation affecting our business. This is maintained and reviewed by the Safety Team. We issue regular bulletins and use meeting briefs to ensure changes to legislation are communicated.
We also subscribe to Technical Indexes to make current legal and standards information available via the company intranet to all employees. All employees receive IOSH Working Safely training as part of their induction, managers and supervisors receive IOSH Managing Safely training, topic specific sessions on key regulations such as CDM, Machinery Directives, Riddor, etc., are conducted on an as needs basis. The Safety Team are members of professional bodies such as IOSH, IPS, IFE, RoSPA., and through these bodies they are kept abreast of regulatory changes.
Hope this helps
Bob
