Does anyone have any information on how to do a Gap analysis on a Health and Safety Management system,if so I would be greatfull if you would send it to me .

Christopher,
First of all you need to know what your measuring against before you can identify any possible gaps. Suggest you use either OHSAS18001 or HS(G)65 as your standard and then audit your current system against one or the other to reveal where you have scope for improvement.
