Posted By Malcolm Hogarth We have a staff shop on site that sells amongst other products, Paracetomol and aspririn etc. There is some concern that these products are being sold in 'Bulk' and I have been asked whether there are restrictions on the sale of such items. I am led to believe that there are such restrictions but really need more than just that to rely on before I can take this further. Can anybody help? Thanks

Posted By Paul Leadbetter Malcolm Check out The Medicines (Sale or Supply) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1997 which specify that aspirin and paracetamol cannot be sold in packs containing more than 16 tablets, I think. Paul
