Hi, I am aware that accident books need to be updated for the Data Protection requirements. I already have a form based system but do I need to have the accident book as well ?

Hi Bill

As long as your system meets with at least the same standards of compliance with the DPA as the new style accident book, and you can demonstrate that using the new accident book would not improve on your current compliance level, then you should be OK.

Regards

Nick.
