I am currently researching human factors and the influence over safe behaviour, to produce guidance at my place of work on improving health and safety culture.
My request is for an example of or where I can obtain an example of a safety culture or safety climate survey.
I am a safety advisor within the manufacturing industry, currently studying the NTU Diploma in SHE Management.
If anyone is able to help me out it would be most appreciated.

You should be able to find the information you require on the HSE web site. Just put safety culture or climate survey into their search engine.

My company launched a new H&S management system in January this year. Prior to launch in 2002, we launched a climate survey and repeated it again this year to measure the improvements in staff perception to how the company manage health & safety.
