Happy Christmas everyone.

In the new year i am conducting safety training courses to personell working in a brick factory. I am having a few problems putting together the training package, has anyone conducted training in this area who could help me out. thanks

Hi David

Dont know much about brick factories, could possibly help you with areas to do with designing a training package though.

Some pointers

1. Have you identified the training needs of the employees.
2. Do you know the employees learning styles
3. What are the Aims and Objectives of the course
4. what will the Content of the course consist of
5. what methods and activities will occur to enhance learning
6. How will the Learing Outcomes be asessed
7. How will you evaluate the training

Dont know if this is of any use,for a starter but if it is or you want further explanations feel free to ask
