Have you tried the Mines Rescue Service they are very good for this type of training requirement up to NVQ level. Have a look on their web site www.minesrescue.com

Thank you very much, I have now sourced a course from your responses.

Has anybody got a simple format or template for yard procedures. The issues are loading and unloading, forklift operations container stacking. I have carried out the risk assessments but a template for particular procedures would be useful.
