Posted By Ian Twining Has anybody got a written definition of a "Near Hit / Miss" in relation to near accidents and if possible can they let me have a copy. Thank you in advance.

Posted By Merv Newman Ian check through the forum archives. There was a very good discussion on this subject in, I think, November. Someone supplied an excellent list of all the definitions you are looking for. Accident, near-miss, incident etc.
