Posted By Kieran Duignan Robin This is a good analytical framework. May I suggest that you consider 'behavioural' categories of sisk in relation to occupational stress? It subdivides into several categories: 1. cognitive errors (slips, lapses, mistakes) 2. violations of rules, 3. failures in interpersonal communication 4. work overload 5. insufficent personal discretion 6. failures in role design 7. failures in managing foreseeable change at work 8. lack of requisite employee support. What's your interest in this subject?

Posted By Robin V Boughton Kieran Thanks for the response and a useful addition to the framework elements. My interest in the subject is just that of someone who has to do Risk Assessments in sometimes complex risk environments and I use the framework as an aide memoire to identify hazard topics that may apply and need consideration in identifying the requisite control measures.
