I have been receiving of late, various letters asking that we make 'reasonable adjustments' to our building in order to comply with the new legislation that come into force in OCT 04 regarding the inclusion of audio & visual equipment to assist those with hearing or sight difficulties?

Does anybody have some relevant info they would care to offer?

It would be worth speaking to the Disability Rights Commission (08457 622 633) - who have a number of free guidance publications.
