In 2003, the Safety & Health Practioner published an article on salaries across the profession based on a survey by IOSH. I need to know asap which month that report appeared in.

I carried out a UK wide salary audit in 1996/7 and have kept my eye on the situation ever since. The main points that came out then apply today; -
a. There is a north south pay devide
b. Money goes back up when you cross into Scotland
c. The north west is the poorest paid of the northern areas
