Posted By Keith Carter Just become a member of iosh, and find this site very informative. For the past six years i've woked as a construction site manager/agent. In June my family and i will be migrating to Brisbane Australia,I would like to know if there are any web-sites i could use to find out about any differences in H & S regs.I know that in oz a competent person can erect a scaffold up to a hieght of 3m, as apposed to 2m here. I'm sure there will be many more. Any information anyone can give will be gratefully received.
Keith Carter.

Posted By john o'meara Keith,
Each Australian state and territory has its own OHS legislation, so if you'll be working in Qld, you need to learn their laws and regs.
