Can anyone point be in the right direction with regards inspection & maintenance of gas supplies once they have left the responsibility of Transco.

"Competent Persons" and the like have already been anticipated, as have risk assessments. Its specific requirements I am after.

It may not be exactly what you were looking for, and is a weighty document, but have you looked at the HSE's L56- "Safety in the installation and use of gas systems and appliances"?

Otherwise doing a search on gas safety on the HSE site gave me much.
