Posted By Tyler I am looking for advice concerning coal washing activities and plant- disused coal mine. Are there any considerations / legislation that should be considered in addition to the traditional legislation such as the Management Regulations etc etc.

Posted By Robert Paterson Hi Tyler Have you tried the Mines and Quarries Act 1954. The mining regulations were reveiwed in 1995. The Mangement and Administration of Safety and Health in Mines Regulations 1995 springs to mind Hope that helps Kind Regards Robert Paterson
