Posted By Shane Johnston We are currently piloting the package in three buildings at one of our sites. We got the Trade Unions involved, which has been a great help in getting responses to the questionnaires. Early indications are that we are all "Green" in one building with the other two buildings having some "reds". Second questionnaire confirmed "reds", focus groups now being held. In addition, looking at sickness absence records has indicated that the level of sick taken in the "green" building, is less that that of the "red" buildings. I was a bit aprehensive about this survey tool (concerned about rasing the stress issue to the workforce), but would now recommend this tool to anyone. Shane.
