Posted By Barry Cooper I am looking for a RCA tool, preferably electronic that provides steps or questions that need to be answered and that eventually get to the RC. Any training providers for HAZOP and RCA would be helpful too. Barry

Posted By Robert K Lewis Barry It really depends on the type of industry you are in as to the availability. I guess you have put the phrase into the usual search engines and encountered the listings some of which are accident investigation based. My tool is a bit handraulic as it is electronic but requires a degree of manual input and thinking, plus the fact that it is also related ultimately to my managment system elements.
