Can anyone tell me what variations in H & S documentation and legislataion apply for construction work in Eire?
We have been invited to tender for some work and are currently considering the implications of working outside the UK.

The Irish equivalent of CDM and CHSW Regs is closer to the Euro model as in Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites Directive, inclusive of Project Supervisors for design and construction phases.
