Posted By Andrew J. Böber Working on/near water is an area I’m not all that versed with, but as the two buildings I’m responsible for has a whooping great lake between them it’s something I need to promptly disseminate myself over. I’ve attempted to contact the H&S team at British Waterways to see if they can direct me toward relevant Reg’s that applying to this area not too much success – the HSE Leaflets concerning this area as more specific to fisheries which isn’t much use. If anyone has even SWP to working near or close water &/or can direct me to other sources I would be grateful Andrew Böber Cert. OSH TechSP

Posted By A Olsen I seem to recall RoSPA having something on Water Safety on their website. Don't know if it will contain what you are looking for but worth a try.
