Posted By Liam Mc Conalogue Hi all, I am currently seeking information on the training and PPE that is required when working with scissor lifts in Northern Ireland. I have been attempting to gain literature of this nature from the HSENI, however, as of yet to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated- especially if the literature is from the HSE. Regards, Liam

Posted By Karen Todd Liam, There are many types of licence available. Are you levy payers to the CITB? If so, you can get a grant for putting people through certain courses. I suggest you contact the CITB on 029 9082 4202 for advice. I have e-mailed you a copy of their external training providers document (the CITB themselves do very little training now) that gives further details. Regards, Karen Todd
