Posted By Steven Mills Can anyone point me in the direction of guidance notes on where a printer should be located within an office? Is it safe to have a printer on your desk with the vents facing away from you? I have found info for photocopiers and data sheets for toner but no specific details for laser printers. Thank you in advance.

Posted By Mork The manufacturer should provide information on the safe use of the printer to comply with section 6 of HSWA. Have you checked the manufacturer's handbook?
