I am currently preparing a powerpoint presentation aimed at Supervisor level within a large warehouse. Can anyone suggest how I cover all the relevant areas but at the same time keep in short and sweet!

You could start by having a look at your accident book and sickness records for the last twelve months or so!
You might not cover all departments, but you should find something relevant to all

IOSH have a syllabus available for anyone wishing to write their own Supervising Safely course and then have it accredited. The course is three days in length but IOSH consider that the amount of material to be covered warrants this amount of time. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
