I have, as a member of a small parish council, agreed to undertake a risk assessment on our small play area. Does anybody out there have a basic template that they are willing to share with me.

If you go to www.rospa.com you will be able to click on Play Safety and all you need should be there and downloadable.

I was recently in the same position for our village. the local council came out (education services) and carried out an assessment for £25, apparently they recommend doing it 4 times per year which is a bargain at £100
