Posted By Kelvin George Jim No, the courts ruled that the rope supplied was "suitable and sufficient" as to break their fall. However they had some concerns over the maintenance personnel getting splinters from the gallows as no gloves were supplied. Ruling yet to be given as yet because it is a hung decision.
