Posted By Graham Findlay A large proportion of the work we do is for the county council, and we have employees and workplaces spread across the county. Our managers often have to cover a large area, and it may be a week or so before they visit a workplace where someone has been absent due to illness or injury. Has anyone out there got any advice they could give me on 'return to work interview'processes? Your assistance would be gratefully received.

Posted By James Knight Hi I would have thought with the use of e mail you could put together a pro forma questionnaire for the Supervisor of the sick person, or the sick person themselves to complete and e mail to you. This would give you the earliest opportunity to manage the sickness or injury. Just a suggestion. Cheers
