Posted By susandickinson Can you please advise whether external steel toe cap boots still apply to current legislation? Our supplier informs us that they are no longer selling them because they don't conform to legislation.

Posted By David Sinclair Susan, I think they are referring to the Personal Protective Equipment Regulations (2000 I think), which are issued by the DTI and implement a EC Directive on the production and sale of personal protective equipment. The Regulations themselves should be available from the HMSO website. Regards. David
