I am doing some research into the requirements and implementation of Part III of the DDA 1995.
Can I please use the forum to take a straw pole on DDA issues?
The question is:
As a health and safety practitioner, are you or have you been (within the last 3 months) involved in advising your employer/clients on disability discrimination issues relating to health and safety of members of the public?
Could you please e-mail me or post a responce with a Yes or No answer.
Thanks.
David
