Posted By Deana Daniels A client of mine manages a large number of parks and open spaces. Does anybody know of any suitable software for managing their risk assessments, which I could suggest to them. Also does anybody have any experience in managing risk assessments for this type of environment? I feel that the best approach is to undertake assessments for each park (their nature varies considerably), linked to generic assessments for specific types of hazard eg boating lakes. I would be grateful for your thoughts. Regards Deana

Posted By Steve Holliday Deana, If there are lakes in these parks you may want to look up the recent House of Lords case of Tomlinson v Congleton Borough Council 2003 to help with your risk assessment. Steve
