Having received a questionnaire with the following question: "Does the company have a nominated member of Management responsible for the overall co-ordination of H&S issues with CES?"
A couple of lines further down, they write something about "CES Site Regulations No UECSO11 1992 (issued 1994)".

Help on the identification of 'CES' would be appreciated.

Give us a clue?

A hint at what and where yourselves and the client are would be helpful.

e.g. If the client is a school then CES could well be the Catholic Education Service
