Is anyone able to recommend a 2ish day course in the London area offering a basic introduction to Health and Safety. It is for an office manager and would ideally cover some of the basics so that they would have a little more confidence in their workplace, e.g risk assessments, emergency procedures.

I would have a look at IOSH Managing safely (4 days) as a good start. A bit longer than you were anticipating, but it gives a good heads up for general safety management. IOSH working safely at 1 day may be a bit short for management level.

You might want to look at an IOSH SPA Passport course or a 2 day managers Health and safety course doctored to your individual needs

We are able to offer training in many areas including Basic Health and Safety. Courses can be tailored to individual needs.
We run courses in all areas of construction 360 excavators, dumptrucks, mewps, cranes, slinger signallers, first aid, basic Health and Safety, fire, risk assesments, ladders etc the list goes on. We also do things like lawn mowers, rat baiting.
If you want a course we can do it.
We cover most areas in the South of England but will consider other areas as well.
