You are aware that much of it no longer applies?
I've got a copy (of the original unamended Act) but it's 140 pages.... was there a particular section you were after?

Heather, many thanks for responding to my request for help. My problem is that I am defending several claims for compensation on VWF and NIHL, some of the dates are before the HASWA 1974, solicitors are quoting the 1961 act, I do really need to get hold of a copy of the act in full.
