Posted By NAMIR I saw a old training video many years ago and believe the tittle to be " safety & the supervisor". The video setting was in an engineering company where everyone was under pressure to make the numbers and due to many contributory factors an operator was entangled in a lathe and lost the the sight of both eyes. The supervisor was blamed for failing to identify and make the management aware of the deficiencies in the safety systems in that Company. Has anyone seen this video or know where one can hire/borrow it. I have searched several safety video libraries without much joy. Thanks. NAMIR

Posted By Tony Kelly You are right in that it was called Safety and the Supervisor - I last saw it being given away for free when purchasing a copy of 'No going back' from Gower Productions. Although containing a good message - It is now showing its age - what with its long hair, and flared trousers.Give them a try on Tel: +44 (0)1252 331551
