I have been tasked with compiling a news letter which is to include a list of all new Legislation (i.e. Acts and Regulations) that has an effect on the Construction Industry that are either in draft (i.e. The Health and Safety - Construction Regulation 2005)or have come into force in 2004.

Does anyone know where i could find such a list?
