I am working on a presentation with regards to the reporting of damage to the warehouse i.e racking, mechanical handling equipment e.t.c. Has anybody got any photographs or knows of a site which has any photographs which could be used as visual aids for the presentation to highlight the importance of reporting all incidents.

There is a new site which has various photo's, some of which are wood stack racking that collapsed. Maybe this could help?
There are other fresh new photo's not seen around the internet yet.

Hope it helps,

Hello Mark,
INDEED! I have some corkers for you showing some of the 'best' Pallet Racking collapses. These are only a few that i have. Please ask if you wish for anything more specific or general guidance for Racking/Warehouse Safety.
You can download the compressed picture folder here:

Regards,
Gordon.
