I have been asked by my MD to put together a programme for revitalising health and safety within the company.
Over the last 3-4 years we have improved our safety performance from being poor to one of the best within our industry,
Now our perfomance is beginning to slip, and I need to come up with something different.
We have done all the usual stuff - Risk Assessments, inspections, audits, training, involvement (although not very successfully) etc. etc. I need something new.
I would appreciate all suggestions

If you think 'involvement' is important to respond to the challenge, and you judge the present level as lacking, then surely this is the area to focus on.

'Working Safe' by Scott Geller is a wonderfully clear exposition of how to involve the workforce in co-developing a Total Safety Culture.
