I have 1/2 day course program and PPT, there are lots of other stuff from manufacturers collected over the years. The course includes a video 'CITB' Step up to Safety which also deals with step ladders and extension ladders.

It's worth looking at the CITB catalogue as they have various training packages including the use of ladders that may be of use to your specific industry - such as 'Alright at Height' (including use of scaffolds, etc) and 'A Brush with Danger' (specific to painting and decorating)
