Just how many safety practitioners, managers, advisors, consultants actually "help" the culture claim society through their own advice, knowledge and interpretation of H&S regulations.
Whats happened to good old fashioned common sense?

How many times is the compensation culture fueled by things like slippery floor surfaces installed in swimming pool areas and many other areas where common sense does not prevail. It is easy to criticize but often accidents are in the making hence the compensation culture? Sense is unfortunatly not common
