Posted By kelvin Hello All, My understanding is that seat belts are required to be fitted to forklift trucks. Could someone direct me to relevant legislative or regulatory documentation that can support or object to this belief. My experience of Statutory Examinations on forklifts have not include this in the checklist. Simple hurdle i have come to but i am struggling finding the true requirements. Thanks Kelvin
