Posted By Jeff Manion No sure if minimum age applies. Mainland UK there is no minimum age, but as person under 18 a specific risk assessment is required.

Posted By RP A construction company in South Wales was prosecuted for having a 9 year old on-site. Aslo, see the HSE document 'Young People at Work' U16 MSLA - Not put at risk. U18 - Assess individual and close supervison at all times.
