Posted By Daniel Stonehouse At my local cafeteria there was a near riot when the supervisor used his bare hands to place toast in the toast rack on the counter. This was the only task he was carrying out, and his hands had been washed beforehand. There was no question of cross contamination with other types of food. Is there any specific legislation banning this practice?
