Hi all, hope you can help. I work for a charity as a regional manager, from home. Have undergone a 1 day training course on how to carry out a risk assemment of my workspace, and have been given all the booklets etc. I'm about to do it and would be grateul for advice on layout of such a document. Do any of you have examples of previous ones which I could have a nosey at. I just want to do it right!
