Posted By Sean Fraser Keith, Best place to start for H&S legislation and how it should be interpreted is the HSE website itself: http://www.hse.gov.uk/ For a legislation tracker and routine updates, register for the e-newsletter with Croner (for free) and this will keep you up to date with what is going on in the H&S world (and Environmental too): http://www.croner.co.uk/ Finally, register for the free weekly e-zine Risks from the TUC - this sometimes has articles that others don't including an international section: http://www.tuc.org.uk/h_and_s/index.cfm

Posted By Kevin West You could visit www.whatrisk.com the website has a plethora of information including responsibilities and legislation all for free. Also a feature on the website is the Responseline news which updates the reader on all new legislation and its interpretation together with developments in the health, safety and environment disciplines. I hope this helps. Kevin West

Posted By Tyler It's interesting that Aims (have a look at Keith's email address) do not have a source of finding out about new legislation etc when they are a Health and Safety Consultancy!! I leave you to make your own judgements. Tyler
