Posted By George Wedgwood Best to ensure you understand the HSE guidance on the subject as it is a difficult one as 'use' safety may not correspond with 'as put on sale' safety. Have a look at the HSE site http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/puwerind.htm and the free leaflet INDG271 at http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg271.htm Remember that the HSE's view of CE marking is that 'it is not worth the paper it is printed on'!
