Posted By David Sinclair I strongly recommend you read the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004 ("CAICE") when it is published on the HMSO website (which should be next week sometime). For those of you whose job includes advising company directors (particularly those of listed companies) I also recommend that you understand the full implications of this Act and the forecoming Operating & Financial Review Regulations.
