Basically it is 71 questions based on a Likert survey format. It will be on their web site if you try the search engine. You could design your own bespoke survey which in fact I did last year and it is a far more interesting exercise. Many of the questions in my survey were based on the HSE SCT but were adapted for my own purposes. Indeed, 71 questions are far too many for most applications. The concept of measuring the prevailing safety culture via a 'climate survey' has gained momentum in recent years. However, it is important that you should understand some of the basic principles of research, so that you do not create an unintended bias. Otherwise your efforts will be wasted.
