Morning all,

Meeting tomorrow, would like to throw in example or two of prosecutions under CDM, of Clients/Principal Contractors, for failure to provide Health & Safety Files (or HSF information),or for resultant accidents/injuries due to lack of HSF/HSF information.

Hazy recollection of a Council (Midlands?) being prosecuted for the death of an electrician (missing electrical information in HSF)4/5 years ago.

Don't have time to trawl databases (meetings all day!), so if anything springs readily to mind by end of play today please post details.

Any/all help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.
